WNBA LAB
Recent form is the story. WNBA Lab tracks model edges against the Vegas board,
player prop heat, scoring rhythm, and quarter-by-quarter patterns for every team,
cut to the last five, ten or fifteen games, so the picture you study is the team
taking the floor tonight.

How WNBA Lab Works
Study the Team Taking the Floor Tonight
Sportsbooks price every game with an analytics department behind them. Most bettors price it with a season average and a gut feeling. That is the gap. WNBA Lab tracks all 15 teams across model edges, quarter-by-quarter scoring, rotation patterns, prop heat and market alignment. Everything is cut to recent form, so the numbers in front of you describe who a team is right now, not who they were on opening night. This is the research layer serious bettors build by hand. We built it for every team, made it free, and put it in one place.
Reading the tiles
Each tile shows a sparkline of how a team has been scoring in recent games. Green is points scored, red is points allowed. When the green line climbs while the red line falls, that team is producing on offense and holding up on defense. Find the teams where both lines are moving the right way, open the terminal, and find out whether the market has caught up yet.
01
How to Use It
Start on the edge board to see where the model disagrees with tonight’s number, then pick a team to open its full terminal. Set your window to the last 5, 10, or 15 games depending on what you want to see. A short window catches a streak as it starts; a wider one filters the noise and shows the steadier trend. Comparing the two is where most of the value sits, since a team scoring over five games but cooling across fifteen is usually on a run that levels out. The heat boards handle the rest, shading strong recent form green and slumps red, so you can read an entire roster at a glance.
02
The Data
Every figure comes from official WNBA game results and is refreshed throughout the season across all 15 teams. Each view is built from the same verified dataset, so the numbers stay consistent from one tool to the next. Injuries and availability are synced alongside the stats, which keeps a player who has just been ruled out from skewing a team’s recent profile. The model totals are ours; the Vegas numbers are the live board.
03
Who It’s For
Bettors working sides, totals and player props on any platform. Fantasy managers setting daily lineups. Fans who want an honest read on a team before tip. No statistical background required: if you can read a heat board, you can use the terminal. WNBA Lab is built for research rather than recommendations: a clear, current picture of each team, with the decision left in your hands.
BETTING DNA
Every derivative market on the board, graded across the window: quarters, halves, and the full game. Period lines are built from the closing number the same way books price them, and tonight’s number is pre-split onto every market. Start with the angles, verify the record, then bet the period instead of the game.
THE READ
Straight verdicts for this window. Each line states the call, names the market, and shows the record behind it. Every claim is computed from the games above, and when nothing clears the bar, the honest call is no bet.
QUARTER SCORING
Points per quarter across recent games with the spread and total graded on every line. Spot peak quarters, slow starts, and game-flow tendencies the box score hides.
PLAYER HEATMAP
One row per player, one column per game. Shade reflects performance rank within the window. Select a row to open prop research.

WINDOW AVERAGES
Per-game averages ranked across the current window. Every column uses the same heat scale and greener is always better; turnovers flip so fewer giveaways score green. Click any column header to sort.
SCORING TIMELINE
Average points per 2-minute window across the 40-minute clock, built from play-by-play scoring. See who owns the first quarter and who takes over in crunch time.
PROP HEAT BOARD
Every market is graded against a line built from the player's own window, the number a book would hang. Each cell shows which side of that line is winning and how often: green means the over is winning, red means the under is winning. The dots are the game-by-game sequence, oldest to newest. Select any cell for the full prop breakdown.
TEAM INTELLIGENCE
The signals our model flags first: form, market profile, rotation reads and matchup context, distilled from the current window.
